Velvet Ropes is a web app to provide insights into glamorous movie star lifestyles, their homes, and mansions!
What are my contributions?
As a Full Stack Developer at Velvet Ropes, I was responsible for revamp of existing code base, add new features and maintain existing features.
Some of my key achievements and tasks included:
- Updated the Next JS version of the app from 12.0.7 to 13.4.19.
- Updated Material UI version from 5.2.3 to 5.14.6.
- Built the API from scratch using NEST JS, previously it was written in PHP Phalcon
